Teresa McMullen fought for decades to make sure the needs and dreams of people with developmental disabilities were heard and that they were included in their communities.

This fund will support students at her alma mater, Clarion University, who are studying Rehabilitative and Human Services with a concentration in Intellectual Disabilities. It will make possible the kind of programs and community partnerships that prepared her for a life of compassionate service, leadership, and advocacy.
